This allows us to work with you, view the property, meet with the planners and get you the best price and time estimate for your project. We can do this anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.

Includes:

• visit to your build site, meeting with you (and your general contractor), we will take photos of the build site and lot

• meeting with your town/county planner

• research local building code

• basic floor-plan and elevations based on our conversations

What we need from you:

• site address

• dates we can visit

• topographic survey of the building pad on the lot

• lot survey

• a few photos
